For any services not outlined in our Tune-up packages or Ala Carte Services, The Garage Bikes and Brews is committed to providing a tailored solution for your unique repair needs. After a detailed assessment, we will offer a custom quote, outlining the specifics of the repair. This includes necessary steps like ordering parts, estimated timelines for their arrival, and setting up a service appointment. Please note, customers are responsible for the costs of replacement parts and labor. Our priority is to maintain open communication, ensuring you are well-informed every step of the way.

QUICK CHECK & FIX ON THE SPOT
Just bring your bike during our bike shop hours (remember, these hours differ from our brewery hours). Our experienced team is on standby to assess and provide recommendations for your bike. Whenever possible, and if time allows, we're prepared to tackle minor issues on the spot. It's all about getting you back on your ride without any unnecessary delays.
TAILORED DIAGNOSIS AND SCHEDULING
For detailed repairs or during busy times, we'll guide you to a future repair slot that fits your timeline. If the repair is complex, we'll keep your bike and aim to fix it within a few days. If we can't, due to the need for specialized parts or further attention, we'll order what's necessary and schedule a subsequent drop-off for you to bring your bike back for completion.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
At The Garage, we maintain strong partnerships with the brands we carry, all with the shared goal of ensuring your bike remains in impeccable working condition. We proudly act as your advocate, seamlessly handling warranty inquiries for bikes and products purchased from our store, serving as the bridge between you and the manufacturer. In cases where a warranty claim is deemed not warrantable, please be aware that you will be responsible for the costs of replacement parts and labor. For purchases made outside of The Garage, the warranty process may entail a submission fee and potential shipping charges. Rest assured, we will thoroughly discuss these details with you during the process to provide full transparency.
Special Notice on E-bike Services
Electrical Component Limitations: Our commitment is to your safety and the longevity of your E-bike. Therefore, we do not diagnose or repair electrical components of E-bike brands outside of the brands we carry, as we are not certified in all electrical systems. We kindly request that you leave your battery at home when bringing your bike in for service. *Ebikes will incur a 50% upcharge on all service and repairs.
